I never thought about steaming the cauliflower and finely chopping it. Most recipes say to put it in a food processor and sauté but that can get messy and the taste is not the same. Thank you for this! I'll try it again this way.

Great video, and very helpful! I would just add that pepper is a reintro spice. It is a berry spice and many people react to pepper, especially black pepper. It is recommended that white pepper be re-introduced first to my understanding- just an FYI for anyone suffering from severe autoimmune issues.

I’m starting Paleo after having just removed dairy, wheat then all grains including soy. I still “cheat” with pre-packaged sauces that are gluten free / wheat free in my 80/20 split which my dietician approved. I really enjoyed this video, please don’t let the negative comments or feedback deter you from posting more like this. We are all at different points in our journey and our bodies can tolerate different things =)

What a loving husband! Why is celery powder not AIP compliant? It is because it may contain seed in it as well? I know some other AIP followers have promoted bacon using celery powder, so I bought a ton for family birthday breakfasts. Your meals look so good by the way!

Hi, unfortunately black pepper and rice wine vinegar isn't aip. Most of us having to be on aip have debilitating diseases and 1 bite of non aip food triggers extreme flares. Im glad this worked for you as obviously not as sensitive maybe or were these reintros? A chef hubby must rock! ;) Take care.
@DeepaBerar6 жыл бұрын
+emily dayan thanks for catching that! From what I read black pepper was ok in limited quantities. I totally spaced on the rice wine vinegar! You can always use apple cider instead. But yes I definitely wasn’t as sensitive as some. I’ll try better on the next vid!! And yes the chef hubby rocks :)
