This is the continuation of my depression story (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKbGnXSMjJmAq6s). In this video, I'm detailing all changes I made in my lifestyle, along with my medications. The first month I couldn't think of anything due to the side effects of medications and from next month I slowly started working on a sustainable weight loss, following a healthy diet, and exercising. Now before moving on to anything else, I'm going to continue this routine, until I achieve my health goals. And thus I can be sure, that I'm fit enough to achieve my dreams and goals. Now my focus is completely on improving my physical and mental wellbeing.

ദീപാ, നമ്മുടെ സൊസൈറ്റി യിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ open ആയി പറയാൻ മനസ്സുള്ള കുറച്ചാളുകൾ ഉണ്ടായാൽ അത് പോസിറ്റവ് change കൊണ്ട് വരും. ആരും മനസ്സിന്റെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ doctors നോട് പറയാൻ വരെ ധൈര്യം കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല. ദീപയോട് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം കൂടി. ഞാനും നടക്കാൻ പോകാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. മധുരം എന്റെ weakness. അത് കുറച്ചു. Weight loss journey യിൽ ഞാനും ഉണ്ട് കേട്ടോ..

ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും striking ആയ കാര്യം docters ന് രോഗം മനസിലാക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല എന്നതുതന്നെയാണ്. എനിക്കും അങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു.4 വർഷം കൊണ്ട് 14 ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കയറിയിറങ്ങി. ലാസ്റ്റ് believers medical college ൽ നിന്നാണ് കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചത് . എനിക്കും ഭയങ്കര ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആണ്. Antidepressant കഴിച്ചാൽ കുറയും. ഞാനും ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രമിച്ചു നോക്കും 🙏

Hi Deepa, Really Motivating to hear. 6 months back i was diagnosed with FMS and the first video i watched after being diagnosed is yours . Was really scared and I used to think how she is managing all with this much pain. But now you are showing that ,for this kind of issues ,everything is in our hands to try and overcome. Really motivating. As a help and for more motivation ,can you please make a video on the stretches and work outs you are doing which will really help further . Thanks for motivation and positivity

1 hour brisk walk outdoors or 30 min cycling outdoors is all what i do and stretches are those u can find in Rujuta diwekar' s yt channel. Just search 'rujuta diwekar stretching exercises' in yt and you will find them.. No other workouts... As of now... as my body is not flexible enough to do any other kind of gym or yoga workouts... Just focusing on cardio

I am dam sure that this video is really very very helpful for many people, especially for many ladies like me. As you said I also have this type of habits like late night sleeping etc.... Very inspiring Deepa, keep going, never come again with a video saying why you stopped all these habits. This is long and a lifetime journey. I felt we should also experience the counselling sessions because we always get a different and eye opening perspective from a second person. This will be similar to what you experienced when you met different ppl when you went walking and made new friendships. Depending on self help books too much(because it's one way interaction just like tv) and also on self (because we think we know everything about anything) also doesn't help ppl like you and me. It's always a good option to look at social interactions as a therapy for internalising disorders such as depression and fibromyalgia. Oro karyathine kurichu avashyathil adhigam arivullathu namukku upadravamayi marum. Nammal aareyum ashrayikan marannu pogum, allengil enne kaalum kooduthal avarku ithil enne engane sahayikan pattum ennu thonum. So nammal nammude life journeyil multiple roles cheyyum, producing, directing, acting, script writing etc. This is the stress that we allow our body and mind to take and eventually end up with such disorders. Best remedy is get out to meet the nature like you said about walking, meet ppl who you can share your concerns with and be ready to be like a baby to receive help and guidance.

ഹായ് ചേച്ചി ഞാനും ഇതേ അവസ്ഥയിൽ തന്നെയാണ് ഉള്ളത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ വീഡിയോയിലും ഞാൻ കമന്റ് ഇട്ടിരുന്നു. ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം മുതൽ ഞാൻ ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് ലാണ്. ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെ ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാനും നടക്കാൻ പോകുന്നുണ്ട് ഒരു നാല് ദിവസം നടന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എന്റെ ശരീരം മുഴുവൻ നീരുവന്ന് തുടങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരാഴ്ചയായി നിർത്തിവെച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞതു പോലെ ഒരു കൗൺസിലിങ്ങിന് പോകണം എന്ന് എനിക്ക് ആഗ്രഹമുണ്ട്. ചേച്ചി ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പല കാര്യങ്ങളും എന്റെ അനുഭവമാണ്. പല ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പല ഡോക്ടർമാരെയും മാറിമാറി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ല എന്നാണ് ഡോക്ടർമാർ പറഞ്ഞത്. ഇപ്പോൾ പോയ സ്ഥലത്താണ് ഏറെക്കുറെ രോഗാവസ്ഥ കണ്ടെത്താനായത്. താങ്ക്യൂ ചേച്ചി താങ്ക്യൂ സോ മച്ച് ഇത്രയും നല്ല ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ കൈമാറിയതിന് ഒരുപാട് നന്ദി 😍
