Hello there Ag400 plus fans have less rpm in tests than ag400 but same temperature, so that means less noise am i right?? If both have the same rpm, would ag400 plus be better or not?? And if it will be better, how much will be they difference in temp??

You must have used little thermal paste, I use the AG400 on a 5700X and doing the same tests as you did, my processor does not exceed 70/75 degrees, in extreme tests. In Cyberpunk, testing at maximum settings V-sync off, the maximum temperature was 66º Generally the room temperature here is 31°, I use GD900 thermal paste. Closed cabinet, with 4 fans, 3 at the front and one at the back.
