I can completely relate to everything you said, especially the brain fog. I’ve been dealing with this for a few years now, and it’s so frustrating. I have a few decks and books I really want to study, but I can’t do it. I get distracted and tired and can’t focus. I can’t remember anything. I find myself just zoning out. I am also struggling with buying too many decks, and also feeling like I should get rid of half my collection. It’s crazy how well you seemed to describe exactly how I’m feeling! It’s got to be the hormones! I’m glad you talked about all of this.😊

Thank you for sharing what you are going through relating to brain fog. You're not alone, I struggle with brain fog at times as well. I really liked your deep dive decks. I found that the Wild Unknown Archetyipes deck is an interesting one to deep dive with. It's what is out on my reading space as I type. I find it pairs really well with the Tarot of Mystical Moments.

This was just what I needed, thank you! I totally get where you're coming from. I went from menopause straight into auto immune disease and have been dealing with brainfog for well over a year now. I did buy a couple of new decks in the past months but haven't really bothered to get to know them. That is, until last week when the Yokai tarot arrived (mass market by Lo Scarabeo). The soft colors are very comforting and the quirky characters made me wanna explore. I've been playing with them every day and reading up on the stories to learn how they connect to their tarot card. The tiny guidebook is a good jumping off point. This one has the same lightness that Carlotydes has (love that one too). So good! I enjoyed your choices as well. Somnia has been on my list forever it feels. Been watching many walkthroughs and it still triggers the @#€! out of me. One day .... thank you once more and have a great day ❤

Thank you for sharing. This was a very raw, truthful and soulful video. I understand what you are going through. I was diagnosed with ADHD inattentive after hitting menopause. I didn’t understand what was going on with me throughout premenopausal or menopausal. It was maddening. The only thing people and doctors talk about is hot flashes. Not the many other things low estrogen effect. I know how you feel, because I went through similar things that you have described. Be kind to yourself. This video helped and taking a look at the Tarot we have in deeper layers.

@@jennifermu8 thank you so much. You are so right about the “hot flashes” syndrome. I have about 25 other symptoms that are all related to hormonal changes. After being tested and tested, no other causes. And doctors just shrug and offer you birth control. It has effected me mentally and emotionally. I see you and hear you and thanks for making me feel less alone, which I know I am not. 🥰

Thanks for sharing your experience. Between hypothyroidism and a TBI, I struggle with brain fog. Lists have really helped me. I put them on my phone and prominent places around the house to help me stay on task. Oh wow! Thanks for the shout-out and share. 🤗 I didn't realize until I got to it in the video... goes to show how much I actually read the downbar. Lol. I am going to do a little response to this today. I'm in a great spot right now, I just need to pull myself together first. I love Rosebud for this! You're right! It's mass market, the collage style is easy to engage with, and there are little bits and pieces that you can really study. I think I showed it as one of my favorites for the Chariot card in #toptarottrumps - but there are some really cool photos used, and I really like the small size of the deck. I have also held off with Somnia. I have a problem with the Pentacles, but I might have worked it out in my mind. I almost bought it from a friend who was decluttering, but I wasn't quite ready. 😅

I totally agree these diet changes can help a lot. The best thing that worked for me, of course is bio-identical HRT which you can totally start for perimenopause. Unfortunately a lot of Gynecologists still today refused to acknowledge it as you have to take blood levels every six months to make sure you’re not taking too much estrogen. I found a program with my doctor through a an organization called renew youth that changed my life. All they do is HRT and it’s been amazing so anyway hope this helps.
