I have spent 5 years my life in Kiev (Ukraine) . Bro You need a proper jacket,Gloves, shall, and a good cap , it’s very dangerous if u walking in 0 temperatures without proper clothes for winter, u can sick if u one time sick with this cooler it’s dangerous for ur heath . Buy one jacket, shoes for winter.
