Hey coach, I’m about 14, been playing AAU for a year know and I’m really training hard to make the high school team next year, probably my biggest issue is weight, I play SG at 5’11” but I’m only about 120 pounds, I want to gain weight but I want most of it too be muscle, dose anyone have advice? Thanks.

Eat a lot of chicken and good stuff so you bulk up and then convert the pounds to muscle

Fats and carbs could help you gain weight . Like the other guy said, do weightlifting that you are comfortable with, but still challenges you. you're still about 16 so you won't grow to your full potential right now, so just take it a day at a time and don't try to gain too much muscle in a short span of time cause that can affect your game and body.

The more you can do the better, it's all about reps, if you have the time use it. Time is valuable, use as much of it as you can to be great

No a 60-90 minute workout is best no that were a year late than you should watch the deep game video on work ethic

My son has everything for basketball his mom is really looking forward to seeing him play but he doesn’t understand how basketball works.all he knows about basketball is you have to get the ball into the basket but that’s not how it goes
