Why do you all say that's not Camp? Zendeya dressed as Cinderella and Jenner sisters dressed as Step sisters. There was someone who dressed as Tinkerbell. Camp is not just about feathers and eye blinding colours. It's about Independent and no judgements and fun! If Dippy wore something like PC or any other so "Camp" dresses then it's not Dippy at all. She likes to be elegant and poised in an extravagant way and Camp allows that too.
