Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the hair brushing, makeup brush (a personal favourite of mine) and ice globe sounds in this, so thank you for including all of those. Lovely video as always. Hi Emma, I recently bought your book (Unwind your mind). I just finished reading it on Sunday and I loved every word from the book, especially the Preface & Testimonies and Personal Stories. I'm someone who has experienced ASMR since I was young, but I didn't know that is the name for it before I did my research, which ultimately led me to your book on Amazon where I purchased it. My strongest trigger is sound, especially when I listen to my favorite songs with amazing vocals, lyrics, melody, rhythm, and beats. I love the way AMSR flows through me and I feel like I'm melting inside. Thank you because I couldn't find any other book except yours and I learn't so much about ASMR.

There is a pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger back toward the muscle part of your hand. It helps with my headaches sometimes - there’s also one between your ring finger and pinky back a little bit. Don’t press that one too hard - that makes it worse (I tried that!). Make sure you drink enough water - I hope you feel better soon ❤

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been kinda stressed out this weekend, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning and I had lab tests done on Friday, I was looking at the results online and my some of the numbers in my bloodwork were quite high. Cholesterol being one of them, another one I’m kinda concerned about are my lymphocytes which were also high. I’ll know more tomorrow of what’s going on and I’m trying not to worry too much but it’s hard. Like I don’t have enough health issues already. Anyway, thank you for another lovely video, I really needed this today! You truly are the best, lots and lots of love from me! 💜😘💖😘💜
