@@giacomorizzo9982 Hi! We just checked and the Daz team has fixed the issues with the BVH import. You should be able to import the BVH animation file directly to a Gen 8

Wow. I've been using Mixamo animations for years, but the problem with the pipeline to daz is several of the animations aren't level with the 3d origin of the Daz3d interface consistently(sliding feet, feet do not remain level), and there are other animations that are just too choppy going from frame to frame. Thank you so much for sharing this video. Are there any good sites that provide good sample videos that have blank backgournds?

Hi, I really want to use this website and upgrade, but every time I try my animations comes out super jittery, and sometimes the foot are stuck in parts or bend wrong, arms going through chest. I keep trying because I see everyone else nice videos. What am I doing wrong? I keep making the best videos I could still no luck. I’m on the fence of upgrading because it’s not working for me yet. I don’t want to give up, I could really use some guidance to get good results. I don’t want to upgrade if the free version is not working out. But if it does I will upgrade for sure. And everyone keeps saying you get 60 seconds. Was this changed? I’m new to the platform. How to get the animations smooth and working good. Is there a overall tutorial I need to watch because I have watched many of your videos. I use daz studio the most. I watched it many times. My only issue is getting smooth animations. It’s like the character won’t register the video correctly or fully. I had one video that was almost but it was full of shakes and the feet had issues. Hope to figure this out. It could just be me I don’t know. Can you help in anyway thanks.

This would be nice in a Software Version so you wouldn't have to be Online all the time with heavy limits. I would use this for IClone instead of Daz because Daz is very difficult to Animate Large Scenes that I can compose with ease in IClone. Daz is very limited also with Rendering still and just needs a Major Overhaul to modernize it and make animations practically possible. Will you have a Software Version of this available ever?

I suspect the (DeepMotion engine) software is hosted on a seriously powerful beast. Locally, it'd require a very high-end workstation (at the least!) to get it working satisfactorily.

Have it working now, you may need to have the character selected before exporting. Messed around with the FBX settings too but just glad it works.

You have to make sure that your selection is on "Genesis 2 Female" rather than any individual body parts, e.g. "right forearm"

yea i followed everything tep by step and when i baked joint rotations my character went ill spider crab looking. but i continued. then when i drug the animation to the view port it just added a copy of the gen 2 character i used to make the animation. so i tried to just import the animation and same thing. added a gen 2

Okay I managed to get the Genesis 8 characters to work by making a separate install of the Genesis 8 Starter content. Otherwise when I try and upload I get a duplication error on the joints. A workaround rather than a solution;)

Good evening, I followed the tutorial to the letter, and the result is promising. Close, but maybe not close enough. At the moment I get similar results using a solution based on Kinect v 2.0. plus it's a free solution. But I will follow your work closely. A little disappointed with the result, not enough seconds per month to test and have the right to make mistakes, results not very faithful, but close, so the tool is promising, to be continued.
