Thanks! The application is so cool! We really really need a tutorial for importing animation into Daz! Please make one! We can't understand how to make Daz characters accept this fbx animation 😔 Also Daz does not see fbx at all

Congratulations on the excellent product! I am interested in using this tool in my project, but I have doubts about the result of capturing the movements of the face and hands. My project is 3d animation for Sign Language. Are there any specific resources for a better definition of facial expressions and finger movements?

We are currently working on our face tracking and will be launching it into alpha sometime in April. As for hands, we do not currently track finger motions and only have procedurally generated hand motions. Finger motion capture is definitely in our sights and something we'll be exploring after we work on our face tracking, possibly for later this year.

Hi Eugene - did you try running an animation with it yet? Sometimes the thumbnail can look slightly off, but the character should work.

uploading standard iclone character to DM page, DM page says upload succeeded new custom character has been successfully uploaded, but the T pose showed on DM page has left elbow dropping to waist level. everything else in the uploaded character looks good. anyone experience similar? ideas for a fix? i followed each step in the video, i think.

@@DeepMotionInc i sent the models to DM support. they are two standard models that come with iclone (jody and katherine). i will post here if we can get this person, so the next person will have an ideas how to fix.

have not heard from @DeepMotion support. any progress on deepMotion being able to import standard iclone characters without error?

reply from DM support is the motion detection and animation creation works fine, there was a bug in the thumbnail rendering, and even if thumbnail does not look correct, standard iclone characters will animate correctly. i tested, followed steps in the DM video, and it worked just as it is supposed to.

I get an "invalid animation file" message in iClone 3DExchange when attempting to import the fbx file downloaded from DeepMotion. Was working great up to that point. Can anyone help me?
