I'm a level 30 capra (somewhere around there) and I too have yet to see any capra's at all. I have a feeling that anyone who actually got capra was just way too rich for this game and quit when they died to erisia bandits.

@@silent738 - Same I used to in the beginning because I stayed at Erisia for way too long. But I haven't seen the "investment points 0" thing ever since I've gone to Song to farm when I hit level 5. Autodidact + Adret is the fastest for 1-40. I tried it same strategy 2 races. Adret with Auto and Ganymede. I shit you not it took me maybe 2-3x as long to level 1-40 on my Ganymede as it took my Adret and you'd probably think "Oh but after level 40 it was much slower for your Adret." Nope, the speed was literally the same and I think that I got the "training" message probably one level earlier than my Ganymede. Adret + Autodidact is only useful: 1) If you want to blow through the early 1-40 levels super fucking quick. 2) You want to allocate points a little easier. It makes shit like 100 intelligence way less cancer to do.

Adret is THE best for early game progression you blow through early levels like crazy as you don't have grind for those extra levels manually not to mention if you do what I do and just leave Erisia at level 5 to go to Min. or song (mostly song) you will always have so much excessive XP that it won't matter by the time Adret really doesn't help you and it'll just be the same speed as literally everyone else by the time you are level 40. Past early game speed it's not THAT good, the only other real benefit being that you can put points into shit without training it. Shit was a blessing when I train intelligence.

I’d disagree with adret, right, the extra point is really good and comes in clutch when you are on stained health, and can’t use books to level up, or dumbells etc etc, and they are also good for depths farming with the +2 willpower off the bat, and amazing for vistion shaper with the +2 charisma, and look really drippy with all their variants

@@Petrol_Sniffa because say im going for a heavy build but i cant waste my time cutting down trees for that 10 strengh req and i wanna farm bandit island asap, or im stocking up points and end up with like 40 of them later on, say you wanna lvl up your intel or willpower, you can just go grind aratel or smth for money and gear, while putting the auto points in those stats since the xp debt is shared among all stats, not to mention the biggest advantage, until you hit lvl 35-40 or so, those autodidact points will most of the time lvl you up, and that heal can sometimes save your life. Anyone who dosent realize how efficient autodidact just has small brain

Adret is actually pretty good since it gives 2 passive boons (Maverick and autodidact) The adret exp buff is noticable at higher levels and is really helpful when paired with maverick Auto didact is meh I only use it when I need to gain a level up and not waste time training, that or I just use both points at level up

tbh gremor is actually better than some races late-early game, you very slowly lose hunger and thrist from campfires or regularly, and the starter stat boosts help your build if ur not gonna put any intelligence/charisma

Gremor litteraly can't starve, you only need water and if you have a full canteen you can farm for a really long time. For flaws take Squeamish and Vegetarian and you have 2 free boons. Also its great for playing attunement less.

i’m a capra that’s not a freshie, i was lucky enough to get it as my first race which is pretty awesome. green variant is my favorite because, sure, it’s the most useless one but it’s funny and drippy. another very funny thing about capra is that, since it’s so rare, most people don’t even know about how capra buffs work. sometimes i buff someone, and when they get confused about the effects i’ll say something like “Oh no, that means a sand knight is about to spawn on you!” lol

i still dont get why people keep flaming adretian and autodidact, 1 adret is good for authority drip 2 autodidact can be used to save up points to late game, if you do it right you can put in 4 skill points then only have to get enough exp for 1 investment point each level

I’m my opinion Capra is the worst race because you need so much luck to get it when it’s not good because it’s purely a support race and you can’t use the buffs on yourself making it the worst solo race and everyone forgets to use the skill on their team anyways

reminder for adrets who use obvious, farm straight to ministry if you are power 20, ministrys's AI (and some monsters/npc that isn't the songseekers do) will only react if you attack them, unfortunately brainsuckers makes the starswept a litte bit fucked due to the AI not recognising an adret with obvious. 👍

Yk the vesperian armor stacks with your actual armor. The bar depletes with your actual armor. Its not like the natural armor talents which are just armor that you get whenever your armor is broken.
