Riba is one of the serious and dangerous sins.. However, I have heard Shaikh Yasir Quadhi say there are a number of weak ahadith about the dangers of riba..'Smallest of riba is like having intimacy with one's mother' is one like that..

All of these scholars talk about riba this and riba that, well we already know the one that consumes riba will be punished if that one does not stop, the one that gives riba is been taken advantage. So why not start a corporation to destroy riba? Everyone should contribute and we Muslims should take interest free loans from this corporation.

Correction sheikh omar, at 10:00 you said one dirham equals to 36 fornications with ones mother. I suggest you revise before you teach because im almost positive that i heard from scholars that it equals to 36 fornications (without the mother part) . Another hadith says that it is equal to one fornication with ones mother. And Allah knows best.

Actually it will. Just DON'T TAKE LOANS THEN! Go get a cheap car from auction! Go work labor in a trade. There are ways, you just want all easy and no responsibility! Talking solves everything! Because if NO-ONE got interest loans, there wouldn't be all these banks. So STAYING AWAY from interest destroys interest.

+ninjamasterbro bro that's not how to destroy riba, if we Muslims stay away from ribs then the banks will still be there for the non Muslims. All these wahabies promote how to be poor, why don't they sell their fully owned homes and lend me the money so I can buy a home one of them can live in a cheap ghetto rent? So giving us their openions won't solve anything, if they want to give us opinion then they should also take actions.

+ninjamasterbro I have stated a solution, these scholars have the organizations to build an Islamic non riba mortgage funds so this way all of us can borrow money from this organization to buy homes with no interest, this is the action that someone should take, talking and giving opinions won't help.

Fecri Irsat I don't support scholars in this generation. Most scholars have houses on Riba and stated the first house on Riba is halal. No, the solution is to stay away from Riba. The Muslims who take loans on interest made banks increase. So if Muslims never got Riba ever, that means there won't be as many banks and riba as there is now. There would be, but NOTHING compared to now. There is NOT ONE so called "Muslim Country" that does not have riba banks in it. See? It is MUSLIMS FAULT. The fault of muslim scholars, muslim governors, and muslim citizens. Just stay away from it. The more you get involved the more it grows. And yes it WILL collapse. Interest banks WILL end because that's a promise Allah made in the Quran. Allah will make Interest VANISH. And did you know 1 trillion dollars went "missing"? It so happened to have "vanished." What is happening now is ALL country are slowly going into economy crisis. Soon the prices of EVERYTHING (especially food) will skyrocket to 10 times. All houses in Australia 25 years ago costed around $45,000 per house and now they are minimum $450,000 per house. That not because of market, it is because of Riba. Don't ask anyone for help and do not support Riba by accepting defeat. You want a solution? STAY AWAY FROM IT. Get a car on auction, get a job that you don't sell pig, alcohol, you don't do accounting and you don't do taxing jobs and you don't work in a bank. Buy what you can afford. Take the bus to work and save up and buy a cheap car in auction. Or get government help if you can. That is the solution. The ONLY solution to Riba is to stay away from it. It actually does destroy Riba. Believe it or not. All the banks are here BECAUSE OF MUSLIMS. Find me one so called "Muslim Country" that doesn't have Riba bank in it. IMPOSSIBLE. Because there is NO MUSLIM COUNTRY. ALL the governors are kaffir. They all sold Allah. Because of them (Muslims) there are so many banks in the world. And we as Muslim Citizens also must stay away from them. When Imam Mahdi comes he will take all houses, mosques, shops, and lands on riba and give to people who did NOT do Riba. Because it is our right and the right of the poor people!

+ninjamasterbro bro you are saying you don't support scholars but yet you agree with this brother. I won't start on this one, I have poured this out for you just so you can think about it. Here is the real thing, have you looked in to the Koran what Allah have said about ribs? If you want I can put all 7 ayahs here regards to ribs and see what really Allah says about riba.
