DeeRc H16E Vs. Arrma Granite Grom(Upgraded)

Granite Grom is upgraded to a brushless system running a 2s lipo. Hobbywing 16bl30 ESC and KingVal 4500kv motor. Stock otherwise
The DeeRc is completely stock. This was my first full run on it. Out of box brushless and (2) 2s batteries included for much less than an unmodified Grom. To me it feels like a Mini Kraton, something I've wished Arrma would do for a while now...

@bigaltough more wheel speed is only needed for flips. Other than that it performs great,could benefit from a little shock tuning, but no biggie

Nice video! Would my traxxas 1/16 brushless motor and esc work in these?

@@t3floz thank you! I went and took some measurements after getting the motor specs for the 1/16 traxxas. It will not fit in the Granite Grom. It MAY fit in the DeeRc, but it's only 1mm clearance, not something I'd recommend myself

@Green_Grape_Guy there is plenty of how to videos on KZbin which can really he helpful! The best way to learn is trial and error, don't feel bad when things go wrong. It happens to everyone while learning

The weight would make it unstable and not fun to drive .

The stronger batteries also give a good chance of shearing the diff screws over a cpl months of regular use on the small cars . Not all the time but it’s happened to all my 1/16 1/14 size eventually
