It’s been having fluctuation issues, last time when this became an issue last year it was because of voltage problems. It might be the brushes but who knows until someone takes a look at it.

It's loose at the point where the pipe meets the rotator. A few strong storms rotated the entire head on the pipe a few times, which isn't great at all. This refurb is kinda ass lol
