And so far things are staying a little abnormal. But I always give it to god . It’s always going to be in his hands. He’s my savior and always will be. God bless you Eric and your family. Would you swim down and catch them by hand like this? It seemed like Rob freaked out when the octopus grabbed his wrist/arm - does it sting a little or you think the beak got him? What country/ocean would you catch them? How would you describe the taste - and it looks like texture is like what a slug would ?
@E1eni4 жыл бұрын
Taste The Rainbow we wouldn’t have to drive down for them as you can find them in shallow rocky areas. I live in Australia. Taste super yummy but my dad use to bash them and rub them on the concrete to soften them up. My dad was Greek so that’s how they did it back in Greece when he was a kid. They aren’t slimy at all when you eat them . My favourite way to have it was on the BBQ but pretty sure you guys in America call them grills. But will also had octopus is spaghetti it’s so good! Hand down my favourite thing to eat out of the ocean. I remember as a kid I use to let them climb on my arms yes I was bitten lol

It reminds me of my grandfather, that was an old Greek fisher men of how we would fish octopus in the bays off OC Manyland in the old days of my life. The fish that we would put in clay pots that was tied down in the pot and the octopus would go into the pots in order to get the fish in the pots. We would bring them up and my grandfather would put his hands in the pot and keep his hand on one side and the other side of his head and bite them beaten the eyes and put them in the ice chest and we would clean them later. How is that for old world. Old Master Gunnery SGT USMC. For I love everything that you put on here. Great stuff. Semper Fidelis !!
