If she could pass for 18, then I think it's fair to assume that most men would find her attractive, whether they admit it or not. Of course being attracted to someone underage isn't illegal, but you'd be treated as a creep if you admit to it so most people aren't gonna. I think this is an area where women and men are different for the most part. Yes if you know someone is underage and still found them sexually attractive, let alone actually tried to pursue a relationship with said person, then thats creepy and predatory. But when out in public, meeting people you dont know, its not really "predatory" to see someone who you dont know attractive, even if they're underage. Just as it's not your fault when you're lied to as so this guy. And i think the concern here is how he should go about this, cause chances are if he as a black man, goes to the police and tells them what happened. He still gonna get arrested and charged. I was just saying, whether it’s legal or not, the fact that there are grown ass man in their late 20s+ who will go after younger girls through fetishising their age and the fact that they’re young is predatory in itself. If I was 30 years old, I wouldn’t even want to date an 18/19 year old. They’re still practically young teens and a lot of us have the maturity of kids still. It would feel like I’m taking advantage of them in that situation. No matter how attractive I find someone, if I was to be a grown ass adult, I’m not looking at any kids for a relationship or sex. Even 19 and 15 is weird. Nevermind legalities. Just morally (although morals can be different for everyone). From what I've seen dudes in their 20/30s still dating teens are usually mentally and emotionally still 19. They haven't grown up, but the girls tend to think they're more mature for dating him but usually not the case. Also for a lot of guys the age difference exemplifies the "daddy" phenomena. Men wanna feel in charge and "big" so to speak. Also they could be pedophiles, probably are in some regard. I don't speak for myself, my first love was the exact opposite (I was underage compared to her) but that's a whole other story lol.
