This is the only thing you need to understand: This is Masterchef, a competition with a very serious prize, it's not something that you can do for fun. Joe sometimes is very very angry but at the same time he is very nice to other people. Bruh if you cannot get over your ass and let go of your ego, then you will not be able to compete in any big contest. Yes, they can scream at you, they can insult you, they can throw your food, but you can't take that shit personally, the only way that you can improve is shut up and take some criticisms

Master chef is my favorite cooking show. I would love to see you react to more videos. Gordon seems tough but he’s actually a sweetheart. Joe rubs a lot of people the wrong way. Some people even say he’s a narc. In some episodes you can see Gordon face is genuinely shocked at how nasty joe can get. Aaron is literally the sweetest. I’ve never seen him yell or get out of character.

This is why I can't stand MasterChef USA because they give zero constructive criticism to help them be better chefs. They just shit on them verbally. In every other MasterChef show, the judges are not rude for dramas sake and they tell them what they did wrong and how they can improve. This show isn't just a competition, it's a learning experience and many of them eventually get much better at cooking. Also, MasterChef USA have the easiest challenges and meals compared to shows like MasterChef Canada or New Zealand, they're definitely lacking in skill and its a show more so centered on drama and shit talking rather than actual cooking skill.
