Idk i have to disagree, i don't think Nicki has a fear of being dethroned, I think its just the frustration of having to work 10x harder then the other girls who are getting their achievements basically handed to them. She's had media, radio, blogs, etc basically shit on her over and over again and no one seems to pay attention to that. She shows love and appreciates genuine support and respect, the problem with these new girls is they pretend to like her and they want to use her, that's where the frustration comes in.

They literally held a live funeral for her, people she looked up to and mentioned as inspirations. Most of them automatically picked Kim side since she was already established. Here's the thing, tho. None of these new girls, right now at this moment, have the talent to "take" Nicki's spot. As much as I love some of them, they don't. BUT there will be a new girl that rises at some point in the future that will "take" Nicki's spot as the head female rap artists. That's just how music works. And not just in rap. I think it was a mixture of both egos clashing and messiness with both of their camps. Because out of all the girls that recreated her hard core pose for promos in pictures, Kim was only mad at Nicki Minaj, when other girls redid it and she was fine with it later. I blame both Birdman and Kim’s camp for messing up what could’ve been an iconic collaboration because they had a song together before they beefed. I do think Nicki had a part to do with it too, but at the same time there are several clips of her paying homage to Kim and other females who paved the way. And all the other females who allegedly sneak dissed her (Eve, Remy Ma), she didn’t have AS much smoke for. I truly think it’s a mixture of both but primarily messiness behind the scenes. I think personally Kim should’ve had WAY MORE SMOKE for Birdman and Lil Wayne and Cash Money for the imaging of their artist, not Nicki.

For all the Kim fans complaining and the barbs arguing with the Bees - this guy took a NEUTRAL approach when discussing her feuds, which he does with EVERY video. It’s good to be unbiased. Personally, I think in the Nicki feud BOTH of them could be telling the truth about how it happened - there’s Kim’s side, Nicki’s side, and the actual truth which is a mixture of egos, miscommunication, and messy people on both sides (AKA Birdman and Foxy). Lil Kim isn't necessarily bitter, but the backstory is (and hasn't changed at all since Kim told the story about why she don't see it for Nicki) that she was doing a song for or with Birdman and they were kind of getting her all excited about it since she had just got out and was looking forward to getting her career back on track. They do the song, just for them to turn around and take her off the song and keep Nicki on it, with her throwing shots. She also felt like Nicki was lowkey being shady towards her when she had just met the woman and thought she was a dope chick. I think in that beef BOTH of them could be telling the truth. Because there’s Kim’s truth, Nicki’s truth, and the actual truth on the matter. Nicki and her team may have thought and felt she was paying homage to her when she recreated wigs and her looks from a DECADE ago (and very well so was cause she has shouted out Kim as an influence), but Kim may have felt it wasn’t genuine or too much - and she has a right to feel that way (everyone is entitled to their feelings, no matter how right or wrong they are). I think it was a mixture of messy men, egos, and miscommunication. Me personally- I think Kim should’ve had WAYYY MORE BEEF with Cash Money than with Nicki. And there’s a difference between paying taking inspiration, paying homage and kissing ass - and both of them would never do the latter as they are both from NY Cause even during the alleged disses prior to their beef blowing up in 2010, Nicki made plenty of statements paying homage to Kim too (and to me it makes no sense why Kim would care about a virtual unknown/fan talking slick out of cockiness). One thing about Kim is that she tends to have WAY more smoke for and holds onto grudges with women than the men behind them - whether it’s Nicki, Foxy Brown, Faith Evans or Naturi Naughton (the girl that played her in a biopic).
