I see her point, but not every marriage is the same way, and that's there to support the mother with the child even if the father is mistreating her. Let's not forget, though, that there are always terrible people who take advantage of this system, and that the court system could do better at investigating cases to determine whether or not women are displaying abuse to obtain financial support for themselves and not the child. because any mother who is mistreated deserves better, and there will be a day where all evildoers will get what they deserve.

You're being coerced at the barrel of a gun to surrender your money to someone whom it doesn't belong to. Money through your labor. And if you refuse, they cage you, and if you resist that, they kill you. Starting to sound familiar yet? Regardless of what you feel about it it doesn't change the underlying principle. Theft by way of extortion and you can't opt out. Slavery was never abolished for anyone. It's just less obvious unless you have principles.

See, I watch Judge Judy often so I know these child support payments fr be like "$110" a month.....A MONTH. For a child's food, clothing, transportation, toys, etc. It's literally pennies & a lot of guys end up getting called back to court cause they're behind in payments.

I know plenty of men who have to pay RIDICULOUS amounts for 2 kids. Can barely provide for themselves, and the mommas don't even work a part-time job. Sure, there are guys who don't have it BAD, but there are guys that definitely do. Child Support should still be a thing, but sometimes it's just out of pocket.

Most women that get child support don't even receive the money because of non payment. Easiest solution is to put yourself on it and hammer out a custody agreement. If you want to see your child you would no excuses.

Both parties financially supporting your child is a must. Stop taking what you are going through trying to use it as why the custodial parent shouldn't get it. If you can't see your child, sue that parent for trying to keep your child away from you but how dare either parent withhold financial obligations. Just like if you feel a certain amount is unfair, appeal it. Some dudes don't even pay 3 figures a month and upset they have to pay. Why when 2 people together, it's no problem but soon as they part only 1 person should pay. Seeing your child is not the same as financially supporting hence the reason for custody and support cases. Both parties need to keep their feelings out of it. The concern is for the child or better yet stop having unprotected sex resulting in kids. It's concerning seeing attitudes flying over this. If that parent make sure child is taken care of without your money, why flip when your money is involved? Ain't no telling if it's yours or hers spent on her.

The purpose if alimony is to provide for the spouse that was the homemaker and gave up their career for the family. If your spouse is taking care of home and family full time they can't work so alimony is there to help make them whole since they were the homemaker.
