Kenyan win gold silver and bronze. Kenyan benefits from having a much higher vo2 max than their opponents. I'm not saying Kenyans don't train hard. I'm saying running at higher elevations and training hard, is a surefire way to outrun ur opponent's when you get some of that oxygenated air at lower elevation.
