@ stop man… Chase is very good but he has or had way more help than Jefferson. Jefferson has more receiving yards than anyone in NFL history in his first 2,3 and 4 seasons… and that’s counting a year last year where he only made 9 starts. He’s the embodiment of hard work, meets talent and just flat out intelligence. No disrespect to Chase but Jefferson is better.

It makes no sense to tire yourself out on a treadmill and then do box jumps. The whole point of plyo workouts is to push your body at 100% of its max effort to build more explosiveness. If you're already gassed and your legs are tired, you aren't pushing the limit so it's just cardio.

1st these aren't plyometric box jumps (they're not jumping off an elevated surface) 2nd they're doing 8s sprints on the treadmill, not exactly 10ks From a programming perspective you might be able to optimize this, but it's certainly better than other NFL workouts (like the one with Mahomes, that one was terrible)
