Some people have pointed that in the scene of her armoring up her haki, there is some kinda of aura around her hand. Considering her abilities revolve around life force, maybe when using her DF´s power for combat she has sort of a "Drain/Vampiric" effect on her attacks, which would mean a fight of atrattiton wih BM´s is impossible. This would also explain how she managed to hold her own against other Yonkous since they are obviously not gonna be afriad of her for her to use her DF´s ability on them.
