Just connetc your Output from Computer to Input in Pod, don't connect directly to input hole in Sub. It's not working if you connect directly to your Sub unit

This seems to be the "no audio" or "weak audio" condition/fault detailed in the Service Bulletin within the Service Manual. If your unit had aged/failing electrolytic capacitors and spent some time being unused, and then you connected a new Control Pod, that first powering up after a break can push the caps to total failure. In the Service Bulletin. Bose even acknowledges the problem with the caps' reliability and instructs any unit coming in for service to have the caps replaced.

I purchased one on ebay as well. Never got to see if it works for the plug was toally different then the 9pin original. No refund BS as well so guess I am out my 40 bucks. Currently looking for and adapter but don't know the name of the plug on this controller. I picked up the Klipch 2.1 system.

How different was the plug a 9-pin like the out-of-focus one in this vid?
