How to Measure Rough Coating Thickness with the PosiTector 200

Dft range is 720 If setting on 400 , dft showing low . If we are fixing lower limit on 700 then dft coming ok. So any reference to show the client that we can set lower range at 700 and why?

On concrete requires dft is 720 , so how much should be lower range setting? We want to set on 700 lower range then DFT is coming ok but client is not allowing
