One of your best videos.....your explanation of crane/snake was very effective. It's easy to lose sight of some of the basic principles sometimes, but once you get back on track, you never forget when you see how it changes your practice. Thanks for putting it in perspective.

@@blackmambawingchun yes, I've been working on Chum Kiu lately....getting deeper into the concepts, and working on my footwork. Many WC people don't appreciate the value of movement in real WC....it's the key to success in the art.

What is the last move in biu jee, looks like a way of getting power but it's a crane move

Sifu said that the final move was a defensive movement for when you are knocked down or you are blinded because your head is pulled down. Like many Wing Chun recovery moves the hands go first (as in all blind recoveries) to hopefully intercept. There's a lot of this in Biu Jee. I have Sifu's written explanation he gave to me if you're interested in seeing it. 🙏
