The non Marriott eyewitnesses came forth after Michael had been kicked off the Superbowl even though Marriott was told of their existence. Therefore, Marriott acted on Jane Doe's statements and testimony of Marriott employees. To them, the evidence was overwhelmingly against Michael so they acted. In part, their speed was also governed by their obligation to the NFL. A simple viewing of the video seems to be a common conversation and not a sex laced aggressive heavy breathing interaction. In sum, Marriott acted before they had all the facts which is tantamount to malicious intent.

Marriot (like most of the huge corporations) has an army of lawyers lying around the office trying to stay awake and pass the day. They need to make it look like they are working. So when a case like this comes up - a case where they have no case, they have to put SOMETHING together and make it look like they are earning their keep. So that's what's going on. There were also two currently identified persons , apparently Marriott employees or associates. One was described as a security person, the other, probably a Marriott employee, posed a for a photo. Both were conspicuously on the scene and video. We don’t know what info they have provided to Marriott . These two were in close proximity and close earshot of what was said. No TMZ witness is in such close proximity for an equally extended amount of time, as far as wee can see on the Video . Marriott is yet to provide any info about what these two witnesses may have reported.

There's such a paper trail that Irvin's lawyers will get during discovery that will show Marriott's lies. For example, they deny contacting the NFL, that's most likely a blatant lie, otherwise, why was he pulled. They deny coming to him in the middle of the night and removing him from the hotel, yet another lie. They deny trespassing him from ALL Marriott hotels. He was informed of that, probably in writing, so yet another lie. Marriott is burying themselves with all these denials!

They describe the interaction as friendly, etc. But has anyone actually asked them if they clearly heard what was being said? That's true. I tried to gently probe into what one of those witnesses actually heard during my interview with him a few videos back. If I remember correctly, he heard specific words exchanged between Doe and Irvin as she was walking away from the interaction, but other than that he only recalled hearing a jovial tone and laughter from the two.

I work in the restaurant industry, what people see as strange behavior from the guy in the vest; I see a worker, needing a key that J.D. has. I assume he's actually her subordinate and he needs her for something above his grade, like a bottle of wine. She's probably a manager of several outlets in the hotel lobby area. Hence her multirole title.

It's valid, but even the lack of any noticeable incident plays to Michael's favor, they have to prove Jane feared for her safety, and the fact that everyone around her felt nothing uncomfortable or hostil was taking place does not support her version of events. But beyond that, the video and her account alone is not a preponderance of evidence in my mind, at this point. Unless they have some smoking gun we haven't seen, I cannot see Micheal losing.

That's why she bypassed the 1,000 ft.opening into the bar that everyone went through coming from the Main Lobby. And then after being way ahead of Mr.Irvin and witness proceeds to stop in the Main entrance to the bar. And after engaging with Mr.Irvin goes to see Manager-Partner and immediately exits bar area without anything work related done at all 🤔👌

Potential safety of Jane doe. Irvin has got a lot of fans, I could see her getting harassed... Also, the most important thing an attorney will tell you is, don't say anything. The smallest slip by Jane could ruin any chance they have of winning, and they are fighting an uphill battle. Innocent until PROVEN guilty, and from what I've seen and heard, they don't have a prayer of proving guilt. They need every, single, tiny, bit of advantage they can get.

But you can't deny that whenever fans are involved, there's always going to be fanaticals... I don't think any fan would harm her, but you can't rule it out... I'm on Michael's side here, but if we are being objective, Marriott has a legal leg to stand on by not yet revealing her identity... I don't agree with it, but facts are facts. If you want him to win, you also have to be objective, the court doesn't care about your feelings.
