I was glad that Lennox Hoffman got a go even if it was with Geelong, I feel for Adrian Cole and Elwood Peckett. St.kilda obviously didn't rate them as highly as they ones they got.

Great draft from Saints IMO. Thought you'd go mid with pick 32, or at 60 there was a inside mid that was highly rated too that went two picks later. But the first two and the ruck were great picks.

We saw Kennedy play for our VFL side. Was ok but one-dimensional when playing alongside the likes of Hunter Clark, Hugo Garcia - and I’d imagine Jack Steele, Jack Macrae in the AFL side Pick 45 and 60 were both mids (or potential mids). Said offers a different set of attributes

TT kicks both feet. Can't say that about most of the top tier mids, nor indeed 2nd tier like Murphy Reid.

Happy with Travaglia playing halfback, long term Sinclair will retire and we will need a replacement. We can target that game breaker mid next off season, Callaghan or LDU etc.

Tauru seems like a key forward to me, too much flare to be a key back. Boxshall looks good, Dodson is perfect for us and our list build we get a ruckman who can develop alongside this young brigade. Haven’t seen much of Said. Love James Barrat’s story and a good mate of Travaglia heart and soul player i think. We didn’t get the mid we were after but we did damn well with what we had.
