The KRX is an awesome machine. Still think there should be a factory turbo option just to give it a little more power.

We will get into the Shocks in the next few episodes. How to tune stock, and possibly Shock Therapy!

You got a timer! Awesome! I always ask people to utilize those, and never get a response... I mean is it that critical, no...but still if you are testing times why not have them more accurate. We use the AIM units in our CRG racing karts, and they will do splits and all kinds of associated features with the beam, and the base unit goes by GPS and can do nearly any variant of performance metric.

Best structurally built sport UTV on the market but also one of the slowest. 2200 lbs is crazy!!!! Needs 230+ to move that tank. When its rolling with an X3 R or XP pro S from factory then I would be intrigued to sell mine

@@M3OffRoad May I ask for future reference, how were the onboard clips post processed if at all? It appears to be floating around left to right and rotationally, and still focusing on the driver, the sensation it gives while watching is Spot On. I don't know that I ever will, but if I do try and capture video I would like to reproduce that. Maybe a gimbal or in a specific software package and feature?

The KRX seems like a very solid and well built SXS, if they introduce a 4 seat turbo they will sell the heck out of them. I am deployed right now and am looking at buying when I get home, but I know from internet searching and calling around that the 4 seat turbo Polaris units (be it a normal turbo, S or XP Pro) are gone from the DFW area. There are plenty of 2 seat units to be found but it looks like buyers are really gravitating to the 4 seat turbo units. Hopefully Kawasaki jumps on the bandwagon too, they definitely have the build quality and ride figured out.

Suggestion - continue the white KRX with the empire exhaust system and set up the green KRX with the Graves exhaust and ECU flash so you can compare that. Great videos and ideas guys.

Off topic but what tire straps are you using? I’m struggling to find some that will fit the 31” stock tires. Great video!
@M3OffRoad4 жыл бұрын
We use the longer ones from Habour Freight and cut them to length. After we set the end with a heat gun to keep from fraying.

We would but he does not have a website for the KRX tunes yet. Only for T2's and T4's www.vforcejohn.com/ Just call or email : (570) 773-1240 or email vforcejohn@yahoo.com And John will take care of you. Hes a great guy and will make sure you get the right tune for the setup you have. He has over 40 tunes depending on the Octane and equipment you run on your car. Thank you for watching!

Did you guys send your ECU into John to have flashed or did you buy a new ECU from John? And what’s the cost. Thanks

Yep, we sent it in and he Flashed, and sent back to me same day. Very fast turnaround. Just give him a call or shoot him an email. He is great to work with!

For this one we did a Dual Map, Stage 2 95 Octane on the High Setting and Stage 2 91/93 Octane on the Low Setting. Controlled by the OEM switch on the dash. Great setup and John is a Great guy to work with! This will work with both stock exhaust and a slip on.

I have an extended warranty that is thru the dealership NOT a Kawasaki warranty. Would this void that? I’d like more power as I think everyone always does lol, but I spent quite a bit on the warranty don’t want it to be a complete waste
@M3OffRoad3 жыл бұрын
You should be all good. We’ve had no issues with warranty and I haven’t heard of anyone else having issues either. It’s not like some tunes ,Dynojet, where the ECU becomes unreadable by the Dealers
@chrisgrant87193 жыл бұрын
@@M3OffRoad that’s awesome thank you very much for the info and thank you for the videos. Can it be changed back to stock settings once it’s been flashed? Not that I’d prolly want to after feeling the improvement but curious to know
@M3OffRoad3 жыл бұрын
@@chrisgrant8719 yes John will reflash to stock and even do free updates to all of his tunes
@chrisgrant87193 жыл бұрын
@@M3OffRoad I tried going on his website to get a lil info but his website isn’t super informative, I get it building a website is expensive. God forbid if something went wrong would he warranty his work? How do you pay? To access both maps do you use the oem low/full power switch?
@M3OffRoad3 жыл бұрын
@@chrisgrant8719 I agree his website is a bit dated. John likes to work the old fashioned way by Phone. Just give him a call or leave a message. He is very nice to work with a takes the extra time to answer your questions. If he messes up your ECU he will send a new one. This is the main reason he wont release the clutch tunes yet because of part availability. If he breaks the clutch there are no replacements.
@alexemmons67544 жыл бұрын
What's the top speed once you get the tune put on it? I know there governed at 68 stock but it feels like it's running out of gear anyways around 68. So I'm just curious if that's because of the govenor or if a tune fix that and makes it pull a higher top speed. Any response would be great!
@M3OffRoad4 жыл бұрын
Alex Emmons unfortunately the tune only adds about 4 to 5 miles an hour. With the clutching that John will be releasing soon will take it to 75. Yes you’re right the trans definitely runs out of gear... but with his setup it will change the clutching ratio. We will have a video as soon as it’s ready. Stay tuned!!
@alexemmons67544 жыл бұрын
@@M3OffRoad thank you for the response! That's pretty much what I figured. Great machines just wish they pulled harder up top. I'm subscribe so I'll definitely keep coming back for more videos!
