Because yi is a problem just like Jax . Jax was already a monster but after the mini rework he became a cancer that must be banned unless you have a Gragasor malphite top . Yi was a monster to high Plat than fell of in the higher elos after the mini rework he also be came cancer his w being on a 9-8 cooldown is so broken you don't understand. W damage reduction is already broken when exiting towerdives by just tapping w and negating what would have been a death after tower dive. You can tap w to negate any life threatening skill shot . And the E changes are the worst he can stall his true damage by pressing q ???? Why . There is no counter play to yi except for having a good malzhar and zoning yi off from team fights by forcing the enemy team to split some how . But the biggest yi counter play is stack wave push and never get plates never coinflip objectives (aka don't have fun) or 4 man dive bot lane perma .

It’s just riot matchmaking system when you win a lot then you will lose a lot when go on streak so what I do is lose on norms for like 1-2 games then go rank for low Elo NA I was prepared after 2 games of tilted the 3rd game was rank I would win 1-3 games depending if my teammates listen to ward.
