Dear Tara Stancel, I am sorry you are going through so much. I hope you are able to seek out professional counseling and change in diet and perhaps including supplementation. Magnesium and ashwaganda did soooo much for my anxiety and depression. Also journaling, talking to Yahweh, and trying to put positive thoughts in my head. I was depressed for almost twenty years and I made it through. It was so hard that there didn’t seem like a day I didn’t ask Yahweh why was I born or to please let me not wake up.
