Your prosecution is getting killed, not only by their own witnesses but by the defense’s witnesses. The judge screamed at the prosecutor today for trying shenanigans. And every case so far in the courtroom, which you are obviously not watching, each shooting was proven to be self-defense. After Portland's FIASCO, Kenosha mayor absolutely should have known what was coming in terms of protests and the HIGH probability of riots. Yet that mayor still DID NOT allow the police to do their job in protecting Kenosha in general. It was plain to see that mayor was more concerned with protecting the courthouse, as per the defensive placement of the concrete barriers. These barrier placements also produced a visual zone for protestors to roam freely knowing they would have time to scatter into the surrounding area if police did charge them. When the first shot(s) were fired to Kyle running to turn himself in was a good 5 minutes yet the police stayed by the barriers. IF there's blame to be levied for this to FREELY happen... it would be the mayor. __Furthermore the National Guard was fairly close, about 20-30 mins from call to arrival, said mayor should have called for assistance.

Homicide charge is wrong. MUST HAVE INTENT. There was ZERO intent. Some say he could legally possess at 17. WRONG. There are exceptions to the law IF he’s in a HUNTING capacity, but he obviously was not hunting. WI LAW says you must be 18 to possess/purchase a long gun. 21 for hand guns. Only thing he SHOULD be charged with is “minor in possession”. That being said, there is NO age requirement for self defense. He made EVERY effort to escape the threat. It wasn’t until he was cornered that he had no choice but to fire on a guy that that already threatened his life TWICE PREVIOUSLY. Rosenbaum had every intention to disarm him and MURDER him at the Car Source! He was attacked with a strike to the head/neck with a skateboard. A head/neck strike IS deadly force. That skateboard in that capacity, WAS a deadly weapon! He defended himself. Third guy kicked him in the face, DEADLY FORCE. Another pointed a pistol at his head, DEADLY THREAT! Kyle was in REASONABLE fear of death or great bodily harm in ALL instances. While open-carry is, in my opinion, tactically stupid, it’s absolutely LEGAL. AND Kyle had every right to assemble/protest. There is no age restriction/requirement for that OR self-defense. Kyle is INNOCENT. Let’s blame those who f’d up and attacked him. Also, I DONT think it’s a fair trial when the jury is afforded a frame by frame view with the ability to pause and rewind, while Kyle had a split second to make a life and death decision. HE was in fear for his life! The jury is NOT.
