Quick note: Cliffhanger is only the highest elevated coaster in the US, not the world. Every coaster at Six Flags Mexico is higher at around 8,000 feet, and there are a few other misc. ones in South America as well. Glenwood is probably the most prominent though for sure.

But yea...if you guys need a place to stay or rides around the state/city etc. I've got you're back! I'm terminally ill so it would have to be a spectacular day and great circumstances for me to be able to even try to go ride it but I'd sure give it my best if we went! Either way...its a win for Glenwood and Colorado. And even the west/Midwest. Not enough going on until they move Elitches and start making some improvements to the lineup! Anyways...take care! I'm curious how Gerstlauer is getting the heavy machinery and track up there hahah I agree it's almost more interesting than the coaster. Super interested in that. No way it does 750 riders per hour either. That's 94 train dispatches per hour. I know they double load but still. That's 45. That's like 45 seconds each. Maybe... Maybe... I think a Vekoma or Gerstlauer family coaster would probably have been a better fit for the actual park though. Wonder if that death on drop tower will affect this at all.

I wish defiance did this, after the twist it goes into a vertical loop, goes through some meanders, then does an overbank, a corkscrew, then a final helix, thus ends the ride, I do wish it was just this bit longer.
