If you don’t forgive the energy won’t release because your harboring emotional connection, hurt people hurt people so forgive and wish them the healing , accountability and lessons they need to be a better person and not do what they did to you to another. someone in the world may need to forgive you for something you’ve knowingly or unknowingly done to them, wouldn’t you want them to forgive you, no matter how big or small, pain matters. it’s all lessons, don’t hold onto it .

​@@THEOMNIVERSEPERSPECTIVE i disagree, forgiveness is not necessary for healing, forcing or rushing forgiveness where it doesn't come naturally only reinforces the attachment to that person and to self hate and non acceptance, hindering the process of healing. I know you didn't ask me but personally I wouldn't want people I've hurt to forgive me (what an egotistical thought), I would wish them healing and hope they're allowing themselves to feel anger if that's what they need! Just my view on this
