Deflect bombs in Fruit Ninja and Kill Basket Enemies (oculus meta quest 2 pro)

quick text only how-to for destroying basket enemies and basic bomb deflection on meta quest and pro. single blade deflection is one of a few viable techniques, I did this one first because it's my preferred method and the one I'm most proficient at.
other methods include but are not limited to: dual blade cross returns, lacrosse style fling, duck and dodge, etc.
