Eduardo Lozada Wow that’s insane! I’ve been listening to deftones since I was 15. I’m only 17 now... I’ve been separated from my parents since I was a young girl. Though I always knew they loved rock music or something similar to this. Sometimes I’d imagine reconnecting with them and vibing to deftones together. It’s nice to know that they’d be interested in this especially since they’re around your age as well!

My parents met in 1997 when they were both barely 15, they worked at a diner together and would listen to Deftones together on their drives, few years later I was born. they hate eachother now but listening to Deftones and remembering my mom's stories about them as teenagers makes me happy.

Deftones are the psychologists many people need. When soft they create a soothing shelter, when aggressive they give a chance to scream out inner anger or axiety. Their treatment is easily accessible and absoultely cheap in comparison to shrink's sessions. I feel safe with them and surrounded with care. I feel at home. Deftones are true and constant, like a rock upon you can stand invincibly.
