Imagine the fitness it takes to break 7 and 8 hrs in the ironman. So many people (through no fault of their own, they just dont dont understand the distance to time conversion) dont realise how unreal high a fitness you need to be able to do this.

I mean, it was a great team work, but effort wise propably comparable to other ironmans. We could ask Kristian which was harder Ironman Cozumel or Sub7? Of course sub7 time was better due to drafting (in bike).
