I'm having a double hip replacement in just 2 weeks, I'm only 56 yo. I watch this and think of the 8 different therapists and chiros...etc that I saw over the last few years. They all jumped right in with different focuses. Some said it was anterior pelvic tilt, some said hip flexors...and they all had some exercise or treatment. They were all wrong and if just one had considered osteoarthritis and ran an x-ray I would have not put myself through the well meaning but totally off treatments. I see this guy and just wonder...if he has my hips...this treatment session would be the opposite of relief. Just sayin....sometimes it's not a simple...let's adjust you situation.
