20-22 Green Cardamoms
20-22 cloves
2 pieces of cinnamon stick
4 Mace
½Nutmeg
7 big Cardamom's Seeds
300gm Yoghurt
½tsp Food colour
2tbsp Sugar powder
1tsp Kewda water
1tsp Red chilli powder
5-6 Green chillies
2tbsp Green chilli pickle
2tbsp Red chilli pickle

Assalamualaikum... Maine aapki Taufiq chicken Biryani recipe follow ki jo ki waqai bht zaikedar bani thi... Is recipe ke baare m mujhe janna tha ki,, jaise Hamein chawal or mutton full cook karne hain,, toh baad m wo mutton stock dalne se overcooked toh nhi ho jayenge.? Or jaise aapne dahi wala mixture mutton ke uppar dala hai or uske baad directly Uppar se chawal daal diye hain.. Kya wo mixture alag se nhi pakega jaisa hamne chicken Biryani m kiya tha?
