If the coating is gone you should throw the pans out.Harmful for health as each time you cook in them you are eating some toxic plastic chemical.Causes cancer and other diseases.Plz do your research and replace pans.

I think it's close to biryani than Yakhni pulao. As we don't use Tomatoes in yakhni puloa.but anyways you always hit it.hats off to your work.
