One draw down to detoxifying ourselves from Big-Tech tyranny is losing our coveted Voice to Text when going with a deGoogled phone.
Well, there are a couple options.

2) This video shows 2nd way which is to use Sayboard, f-droid.org/en/packages/com.e... an open-source App that does a fine job at converting Voice to Text. It's not as intuitive as Gboard, but it surely is a viable option!
Sayboard can be used on e/OS, CalyxOS, Lineage or any operating system for that matter.
