I remember when this first aired. I was so tickled to see baby Emma all grown up 😂❤. I grew up watching Kids of Degrassi, Degrassi Jr High, and Degrassi High. This was such a treat to see characters I grew up watching coming back as parents, teachers, etc.

The Degrassi YT channel is run by WildBrain, not HBO

Well this is encouraging...I know when HBO announced it would be taking on the new Degrassi this KZbin channel basically took everything down. And then HBO very kindly cancelled that new iteration. I wonder if this means the rights have reverted. Which in turn means...reboot success somewhere else???

one of the things i love about degrassi is how the kids were allowed to look like kids, awkward and weird. these days too many shows have children looking oversexualized, or at the very least always looking perfectly groomed, which is not really achievable for normal children. i always appreciated that the degrassi kids look so real
