I honestly don't think Last Exit sounds like a suicide song at all. I thought it was odd they said she shouldn't perform it. It reads more as a hopeful song about moving on and taking a chance. Someone would really have to be projecting to be triggered by that song.

How Goldi expressed her concerns that some would feel that her song Last Exit would be might be seen as a too "inspiring" to Maya was a lot better than how she approached the gaming club in #notallmen. She backed Hunter into a corner and said "your game promotes violence towards women and is triggering to sexual assault victims". Where with Maya she had a more diplomatic approach

excellent review Kary yael and lola have a great friendship hopefully they build more on it in season 5. Maya's plot was cool and the Craig connection was a nice paraell hopefully they build on esme more and we see her redemtion in her last two seasons.

Would it be a touching scene before Maya leaves for California asking Zig "Will I see you again?" Zig says "Dont worry! You havent seen the last of me". He then kisses her on the cheek and says "Take care Maya" and he walks off into the distance

I agree. I think it would just be easier to remain conscious of the right way of referring to them if they used a different pronoun but that was still conjugated in the third-person-singular. I think Lola said that some people use the gender neutral Zie pronoun. That made more sense for me...

Kiko Mills because they/them is also general third person i.e. Someone you don't know the gender of or who is for all intents and purposes, non-binary or genderless. For example, imagine a scenario when someone is following you. You don't know who they are, but you do know that they are following you. You can't see their face or their body so can make no assumptions. Here I used 'they' in a completely grammatically correct scenario, referring to a single person of unknown gender. It's basically the same thing for non-binary people xx hope that helps you understand the logic :):)

I didn't think the writers handled Yael's Gender Identity issue right if they're going the Gender Fluid route then she should use whatever pronouns she/he is presenting as at the moment also GID is more complicated than just "coming out" and changing one's pronouns it's a long process one that takes years to figure and lots of therapy or internal thinking.
