Hey thanks for reaching out, u need info about visa transfer from other profession to engineer profession in same company or u need info about visa transfer to a different company? Just for ur info, all this process is carried out internally by company people and mandoup we do not need to do anything, just submit certificates and passport when ask, thats it.

@@thefitfootblogger i am working as a technician i have visa validity upto next year feb i got KSE membership and submitted my NOC to them they said it can not be done now it can be done on next renewal i just wanted to know if it really can not be done before renewal and if they don't agree to transfer during renewal how can we transfer to other company and upgrade to engineer visa from the current profession

This is true, the profession change on ur civil ID can only happen before the renewal in due or if u r changing the company. So even if u have NOC now, u cannot change ur visa in ur current company to engineer and u will need to wait till December or Jan for it. But if u are changing company then the new company mandoup will take care of the process, the complete process in unknown to common public as to how exactly it is done, there are 10-15 signs needed from Kuwaiti Kafil from the old and new company for transferring, so only Mandoup takes care of it.

Please update a new rules of engineering certificate. More complaints are received by the Manpower Authority from companies. So KSE losses their authority to approve Engineer certificate

Hi bro. I have done my KSE membership and got my NOC and everything but I’m waiting for my current residency to end so that I can change my profession within the same company but my question is that I heard KSE will no longer be responsible for validating engineering certificates, so if that happens, will us (who already got KSE memberships) have to do anything?

The news is that KSE will no longer check or validate u as an Engineer in Kuwait. Who will be the next body we dont know, so keep the process as it is and wait for the ministry to announce the next steps, untill then dont believe any other news. I will release a video on it soon.

1) As per this news u dont need KSE anymore but some other body will handle it, u will need NOC from them maybe, as it has not been annouced or updated, i can't proceed to provide that information without officical confirmation from Govt. 2) Degree update has to be done irrespective whether u have KSE or not. The process is same, they will not ask for KSE now. But i'd suggest to wait at the process and then proceed only once we have official govt notification.

NBA was only for Engineers applying for KSE, now KSE has been derecognised by govt as the MOU has been nullified, so untill further notice from Ministry, cant know about NBA requirement anymore.
