Journalism is a good skill but your English should be very strong, In placement year you are allowed to do job in your relevant field and no company will give you more than 40 (35 Hours paid, rest is the unpaid break time) as per law

It’s illegal and not allowed, if you caught by immigration depart they will straight send the person to home country and ban that person for 10 years
