Are you asking about applying a Dehancer pro that should hide about half of the background with a white overlay, but it's not working as expected? Do you happen to know any solutions..?? I've been using Dehancer before, but after reformatting my computer and downloading it again, it's suddenly not working like it used to....

Hi, I'm using the DeHanser Pro plug-in so well. I've been using the pro 5.3.0 version before, and I deactivated the license I was using to upgrade to 7.0.0 this time and applied it to 7.0.0, but it doesn't activate because it's a key that I'm already using. Is there a way to solve this?

Can the new Beta version for FCPX be installed along side the latest version before the Beta with out messing up the older version? In other words if I install it, will there be 2 options in my Effects Filter Film Emulation menu and I can choose the older one or the new Beta one to try? Are they separate installs in the Content/Plug in folder? Thanks!!

Hello. How can I load RAW photos from external SSD to edit it inside Dehancer? I do not see this function inside app. I only can load photos from the Ipad galery.

Images added to your iPhone gallery from external ‘sources’, such as AirDrop, are automatically placed in the Imported album. However, iOS doesn’t allow third-party apps to access this album directly. To be able to open these files in Dehancer, you need to move the imported images to any other album, or to mark them as Favourites.

I have tried installing the trial for photoshop and as soon as I click the filter photoshop crashes, Both of my versions of photoshop, 2022 and 2023... Any suggestions? I have erased it and installed it manually and with the tool you all supply yet it still crashes every time..
