New Discourses Bullets, Ep. 80
Entryism (newdiscourses....) is the idea of infiltrating an institution with hostile subversives. It's a name for a variety of strategies for getting them in where they're not wanted. DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs achieve an entryist goal through an indirect method that involves a bit of randomness. That is, they're stochastic entryism. The way they work is to increase the probability of hiring people who are activists or who can be made activists through further training without intentionally selecting for activists in a direct way. This maintains plausible deniability about the goal of the program. Simultaneously, it pushes people who reject the Woke Marxist ideology out, but again, apparently at random. In this episode of New Discourses Bullets, host James Lindsay breaks down how DEI initiatives and programs achieve stochastic entryism for Woke Marxist activists and how this is the real goal of those programs.

maybe thats becouse every group needs to have a structure and goals and so they are perfectly educated (suppose by post-modersnism ideologues) to undermine structures - to de-construct :) To hell with them all. In recent 10 years for me its not about fighting against globalism as global totalitarian tyrrany, (by totalitarian I mean a kind of regime which is against free will of individual), its more about fighting against manufactured chaos they need to install in every nook and cranny to develop their rule, becouse "chaos is a ladder". :)

Every one of these videos helps me understand past experiences better. It's also horrifying to finally understand how much of this stuff I've experienced without realising at the time. What I've come to understand is that no matter what is said, no matter how 'reasonable' the argument, no matter how much you think 'they' have a point, you are dealing with people are are up to no good. They are master manipulators or useful idiots. Like all narcissistic types & the tactics they use to control you, take notice of the red flags & get out of there. Wow! I’ve definitely seen this before but hadn’t heard of these terms. When I was in a graduate teaching program I attended a meeting about having a minority mentor. I’m Brazilian American and was curious what it was all about especially since they had mentioned a grant. (It turned out the grant was just for the mentor.) The program was for “pairing similar ethnic background clinical educators and student teachers” (for emotional support I guess 🤷‍♀️) but we would also have to attend several DEI type meetings. Then in the end we would have some special access to networking and jobs. 🤦‍♀️

I applied for a job last week. It was the first time I saw the category for “pronouns” on an application. It was optional, so I left it blank. I’ll be surprised if I hear back from them, but, of course, if I don’t there’s no way to tell for sure if it was because I did not submit to enter the correct answer to the screening test or some other reason. Hiring today is not what it was ten years ago. The companies that adopt these policies will obviously fail (see Boeing), but that’s actually part of the plan. Destroying Western Civilization doesn’t have to happen in one dramatic event.

I (fortunately) haven't seen that on a job application yet, but on the rare occasions when we're all supposed to say our pronouns in a group exercise, I've been using the suggestion from one of James' earlier videos and going Gray Rock: I try to look bored (instead of looking annoyed, even though I AM annoyed) and I shrug and say, "Whatever pronouns you want to call me." Of course, since most people can immediately tell each other's sex at a glance, they always end up defaulting to "she/her" anyway. But if I see it on an application, I'm going to leave it blank like you did. I refuse to play the pronoun game. edit: lol, application somehow became "appliance" via autocorrect

I used to be a part-time student in neurobehavioral sciences, I'm in my early 30's now starting an electrical apprenticeship, longer term I want to do electrical engineering degree at local technical school, I'm interested in a subfield called neural signal processing. I bring it up because James used to be a math person, who now analyzes the thought processes and behaviors of a specific pathological group in society. If he started writing literal equations predicting, and defining the behaviors, and patterns of these individuals, then I guess we could join the exact same nerd club.

This is essentially an economic tactic, often referred to as nudging by economists. By slowly changing core social values from merit-based values to equality-based ones, via the implementation of critical pedagogy, activists have been able to amass enough biopower to pressure states and corporate entities into adopting policies which: 1. Increases the likelihood of activists rising into esteemed positions of power. 2. Creates financial incentives for apolitical opportunists to conform with the program. 3. Disempowers the political opposition by limiting individual freedom. Im not going to lie here, the neomarxists correctly identified how power works in a western context and were consequently able to outmanoeuvre liberals and conservatives alike. As a consequence they have benefitted from a clear first-mover advantage, due to the existence of this power/knowledge disparity. If this analysis is correct we can expect a tit-for-tat strategy to emerge; a race condition where all factions are forced to adopt the same pathetic amoral deceptions in order to remain competitive in the modern political landscape.

For instance, if you were a factory worker, they loved you. But if you were a bricklaying contractor they would hate you for having your own business. Currently they claim to favor those same workers, but a lot of those workers are sick of their crap, so now they love migrant workers, prostitutes, arts and humanities work (as long as it's on their side), etc.

People vote their dreams not their situation. Truth as a quantity: The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Truth as a quality: The perfection of relationship as harmonic nesting. Diversity and inclusion, in and of themselves, contain no value. If the goal is value, then it is value and incentive structures that matter. The good, the true, and the beautiful are ideals. In the real world, we should pay attention to the results. Harmony of purpose is great so long as the purpose serves harmony. Do not spend your time marketing your personal brand. Your time is better served in understanding the world around you and especially the spiritual realm

I haven't seen that, but I would observe woke people are not necessarily nerds, but are necessarily second rate. Anyone who has achieved a substantial degree of mastery knows, and respects in others, the effort, discipline, talent and sacrifice it takes to achieve mastery. Such a person will not envy others, nor accept a position at the expense of another more qualified for the sake of some trivial characteristic like skin pigmentation or genital configuration. That is second rate almost by definition.
