If the defending Faction prevents the attackers from scoring enough Influence within the time limit, they’ll earn bonus rewards for both the Influence Race and the next War. tons of reasons: -it's just free damage in certain situations when people are pushing you -it's an action you can do when there's no reason for you to be moving that can potentially reward you -it throws off people and makes them think they can freely attack you but you have a riposte/evade you're anticipating

Shirking Heals is extremely broken, not to mention it keeps procing with Evade and Riposte, which shouldn't happen, also Shirking Blessing has no cooldown, super broken buggy perk

@@rsx2310 it already did, a little bit, but I don’t think they intended for the shirking heal to proc with evade and riposte, that’s why he heals so much all the time in the video, is supposed to have an internal cooldown of 6 seconds and not just be spammed like that, fun while it lasts but there is no way they don’t fix that interaction in my opinion
