I had a lucid dream a few weeks ago and a little robot in a small ship was leading me through a town, kind of like giving me a tour of the place. I remember consciously thinking to myself what can I ask him and if all things I asked him what numbers to play 😂😂😂 He gave me 6 numbers which I woke up and wrote down. I’ve been playing them in different ways. They haven’t hit yet, but I know they will.

One time, I thought that I had a pre-cognitive dream when I had a dream that my ex returned / came back to talk to me. Pre-cognitive because it actually happened a few days later that she messages me. Now looking back on it, I believe it was Astral Projection. As it was like I got up out of bed, walked into my living room, and she came in through the front door which was locked (the symbolism lol). I knew it was her before the door opened. And I felt a guardian spirit behind me. And then, I almost (for a lack of a better way to explain it) floated up and away. It was like I returned to my body in that moment.

The last time I astro projected was when I was a child. I wanted to walk around the house, but I felt something telling me to return so I returned back and went to sleep. I think I had more control over my dreams and my awareness during that time. Anytime I astro projected I knew when not to go far. The last time I did I watched me and my parent's sleep. It was so beautiful watching the moonlight over us while we slept.

Man sis I'm typing this so fast I hope it comes out right. I have been a lucid dreamer since I was a child. My dad put me on on accident and I ran with it. I've had the same 3/4 lucid dreams a night for the past couple years and because of your video I understand what to do now. Its really a conscious decision to be scared in dreams. When I was a child I had no empirical knowledge of how the world worked so fear wasn't a factor. I'd jump off building and fly at will like peter pan. Now I'm fearful in dreams and run from things. I wake up with the heaviness and it effects my days. Its like I go to an alternate reality. Some people I know some I don't. Some have similar relationship as here some are opposite and it throws me. Back to the point I have to remove the fear and speak to these people because I encounter them in this reality with the same issues. Now I know I need to communicate. These people are a major part of my past and my dreams and it bothers me. Now I'm seeing them more regular in person here and avoiding them. I'm going to settle this while lucid dreaming. I was wondering why the dream wouldn't quit now I get it. Certain weed has definitely made me feel crazy and every time I described it as feeling "out of body" and again fear took over because that wasn't the intended feeling. A small part of me yearned for that again but I didnt chase it because of how uncomfortable it was. Now I understand more of what was going on and I'm going to explore it in steps. Actually, there has been government research done in regards to Astral Travel being real and not just something spiritual. The Soviet's had experimented with it first and then our government tried playing catch up. They have even used children in Astral Travel studies to spie on their enemies. I astrally projected once while I ate some fungi, I saw myself being held up like by an invisible hand, I was unconscious, like I was looking at my unconscious body, and i was completely surrounded by black. I was filled with all of the deepest darkest feelings to ever exist, I felt pain that wasn’t my pain and also was my pain. It was crushing to my physical body, it was SO MUCH PAIN that It filled my body and I felt it when I snapped back into “reality” for a few minutes. I was sobbing I was so upset. It was just so intense, it was more painful than I can even recall. Unfathomable. Like I said, it was pain like sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, etc. at the highest intensity level. Like, I feel like I felt what hell feels like. But! When I was totally done having the experience, I was sitting in the grass. And I started hearing a really loud buzzing sound, like an air conditioner started up, and it kept getting louder and louder slowly, I asked my bf at the time who was next to me if he could hear it, and he could not, but it was SO LOUD!!! It got louder and louder until it just stopped. And I could hear ALL of nature. The birds, the bugs, the air, everything was just so beautiful!!! I was then blessed with an overwhelming sense of peace and love. It was CRAZY lol I started crying. Man. What a time.

I just wanted to add to it African Dream Root. I have it in a tincture form. A way to also amplify lucid dreams is to wear a eye mask/pillow, put ear plugs in, dab some myrrh and/or frankincense essential oils on third eye, top lip, behind ears, etc. Combine this ritual with the herbs, and feel what happens. Lucid dreaming I’ve done all my life then because I’ve always seen myself in my dreams as a kid,it always seemed like movies starring me like I was just watching. It makes me think now that they were alternate universes. But it’s been two clear times as an adult that I just knew i was astral projection because you see yourself laying where your are at and you see the environment your in just as it was before you laid down. It always happens if I fall asleep on my back. In those two incidents I didnt leave too far from my body because I heard other voices in another room and I lived alone. I laid back down by my body until lol we reconnected I was def scared

I am in love with information i am hearing here. As a mature born again believer I can say most Christian’s have not read their Bible throughly. Pouring out for the ancestors was in the Bible. 34:48 it’s funny she says that as a kid and sometimes now (not as much tho) I would get deja vu but see for me I knew what was happening was from a dream I’d have so instead of saying “I just had deja vu” I would say “I’ve had this dream before” now I think one of my gifts are starting to come online. My intuition has been going crazy especial when I’m at work which funny enough was the last time I’ve had “deja vu” or when one of my dreams became my reality.

That's where I am at learning to let go during my sleep during sleep paralysis when it come again and it happen several times since 2019 after my mom passed I was scared because of what I was told and taught instead of doing full research and I realized at the beginning of this year I had cut it off my Spiritual connections because I didn't know I didn't research why I kept having sleep paralysis but I do have lucid dreams from time to time but I want to experience more of it the lucid dream and astro project if spirit guides me to do that one once I am more comfortable with that and thanks the know for when I do smoke

When I was younger, I had a dream that an Asian lady with blue hair crept up to the foot of my bed and bit my big toe. The bite woke me up and that toe was tingling like something really happened. I never dreamt of her again but I never forgot that. I was flying in another dream and woke feeling like I'd been flying. One night while I was asleep I had a very real feeling dream. At the end of the "dream" I woke up and could not move. I slightly panicked. I've had that experience before and here we say a spirit is pressing you. When it happened that night I was laying on my belly so when I woke up I was conscious and saw feet walk into the room and the person get up on the bed. A few seconds later I was able to move and sat up. I looked around the room to look for the person (spirit) I saw come into the room but no one was there. I started wondering if it was me. I have people refer to me as a prophetess. But that term makes me very uncomfortable. Because im just me. The thing is can you tell me how i can see on myself? I have had the pleasure of reading people all over. I do it for free. Because in my heart i know im accurate as i have been told every time. It can get very draining which is why i cut back.
