You can tell that the Divas actually spends time together outside of practice that’s how in sync they are & I love to see it 💕

Divas are just a STRONGER team at this game when it comes to cleanliness, energy of each dancer individually and unit and overall delivery. The captain knows her book better and they have less mistakes. At 37:20 is where you can really see where the Stingettes struggleas s a team this year. The energy and technique/ execution of the actual counts is allllll over the place. Zy’s energy is EVERYTHING but she still struggles knowing her music and when to stop the counts for w when the song ends. The Stingette/ HB part was everything but it needed to be more polished! 3-5 more rehearsals in the band room and they would have had it also it really killssss me how much both captains were looking around at the squads during the performance, it gave off the impression they weren’t secure with when to come in with counts. The tail part in the middle of the routine coulda been scraped or added to the end of the routine somehow Love the Stingettes DOWN. But this is the first time I’ve ever watched the Divas and honey they ate down!!

@Beautybeat77 band head or not the mistakes are there and these are issues that can be alleviated in practice. The could have practiced two different version of the song…. Option 1: where they end with tails and the band doesn’t continue Option 2: where the captains throw counts if the band continues and they know exactly where to stop the second time and not be confused looking around. Option 3: choose a completely different song or even a ballad to do the joint routine to that will NEVER ever get repeated You don’t need a masters in dance or music to know when mistakes are happening

@@Cameronezelle I loved the first game!! I was Obsessed with Zy from the first watch but it seems like that was the peak of the season cause growth has been very minimal. I will say the looks every game have been 10/10 I also understand that they’re sharing the Honey Beez coordinator and that can be a factor too

@@Madameemerald9it’s a reoccurring theme, I was the same way in 21’ w/ Brianni, that first game was so hot !! Then it just dwindled the rest of the season. They start strong , like this MCC, had the Zero jumping, hardly danced during the game cause they were in the back (probably practicing that HB stand) n choked in the 5th.

The Dolls and Divas look absolutely positively NOTHING alike. I was a Doll fan before I became a Diva fan . Dolls are silky , their moves are all in the hips and body roll. New Era Divas is all about the attitude, drama, and hands movements that add extreme detail to the counts they perform. Dolls wear gloves.. Divas put them heauxs to work.

Both dance teams did amazing at MCC, agree 🐝🐝🐝Stingettes uniform and zero quarter they did excellent. The Honey bee🍯🍯🍯 collaboration 💛🖤💛🖤was so gorgeous to watch, love how their count match each other. The captain Zy in the first uniform and throwing counts she gave us looks and the counts was very impactful. Zy works hard we can tell, just a tad to see different counts. She does have the entire sting look, uniform, sting style. Just love how Princess dance, she gives 21 szn when she dance putting a little more spark to it. Pipe has so much personality it’s good to see she adding facials to her tail routines. The Divas💜🤍💜🤍 are so clean, technical, and dance counts was impressive. The Captain Maddie is so clean, technical, and well done as a dancer.

Brianni had the flexibility (her layouts are sickening and NO one talks about that - her layouts are the best Stingette layouts as captain I've ever seen, its giving trained!!), she did not lose her form, she was clean as hell, musicality and count selection down, creativity - new counts new march out/march in counts.... ZY is not matching that with her constant falling over her feet. I'm sorry, she's just not. I love the way she dances but she needs to keep her balance WAY better than what she has been doing and stop messing up counts. Even the Honey Beez collab. You can go find Brianni's Honey Beez collab from '21 and compare it to this one to see which was the better performance. Everyone has their opinion, but what are ya'll going off of at the this point. Sounds good to say but.. the fact is AAMU band doesn’t travel as much as the other schools. Only big Swac teams they see consistently is JSU and ASU..
