Dezjanna as a senior Ace reminds me of Cip in 16’; powerful, detailed , and focused. Cip was so polished and well groomed. She did not play with S&S, cause those death stares were REAL 😂. I believe Dezjanna is helping Kayla break out of her shell. Dancing next to a hardcore beast will make you step up. Dezj is the energizer bunny of the team; you can tell S&S feed off of her in that Ace spot.

I remember when I said Priscilla would dance a little hard and wild because she loves what she do, same with Zy. Zy forgets that she has to dance for her team and not just herself. But I love that the glam is backkkk!!! Hands down running the SWAC when it comes to the glam. Oh and the JSettes ate. The season has me glued and waiting for a video drop every weekend.

Zy’s energy and flare are what makes her sooo good. But the issues with the sit downs could easily be fixed if she knew the music alittle better. Throwing 16s at the end of a song can be confusing to the team. Also, her dancing super hard doesn’t mean the team needs to do the same or else it starts to look kinda sloppy. 1 thing I actually liked about last year was Lea gave the dramatics while the team simply focused on dancing clean. When they begin out dancing each other it looks all over the place. Still love my Stings and this season. Zy and this squad are entertaining asf!

I truly love your show Morgan. I love majorette dance. I watch different youtubers and your knowledge is unmatched. You know each group's style, counts, field shows, swag. execution, uniforms, current captains and past captains. Even when you review two groups whose styles is totally different it is a fair assessment. I also love that you show interviews, the smaller less known teams, and boy groups. That is all around love for the art of Majorette Dance. Thanks!

If the Stingettes get those cut offs together, they'd be top notch in my opinion. That's really the main thing that's always bothered me about them, especially in recent years. They need the level of communication and attention like the GG's have. They always know when to sit down, and what kind of clean to do. I know it's hard to see sometimes and when you're caught in the moment, so it can be easy to mess up. However, I think they look amazing regardless. They just need to clean those little mistakes up. I'll even say there should be a signal for when the captain is about to throw a count at the end of the song one time so the dancers know not to dance. That's another thing they do that makes them mess up more... They'll throw an 8 or 16 which was only meant to be thrown by the captain and the dancers will get up after or some will be confused as to whether they should dance or not. Other than that, the Stingettes are doing really good this season and I'm super proud of them.

Asia was a true leader. She pushed the envelope during a period that helped unsure the HBCU dance fandom. Asia & KP were those girls 2014-2016. They’re highly respected amongst so many dancers.

She messes up just as much as they do. We not gonna put this just on the crabs. How many times has she stumbled over her two feet from dancing so hard. It’s was at least 4 this game. Laneia has energy through the roof but she also has control. As does the GG captain. I get she’s pretty but the captain has not captained this team. Let’s just beereal.

This wasn’t a battle. The Settes came prepared and over prepared. They bout had 2 more songs to perform. Sadly I was underwhelmed with the stingettes and on some songs Zy seemed confused as to what count to throw. It wasn’t flowing. S/O to the Settes continuing to “Sette The Scene”

Zy has power but sometimes dancing with power and no control looks wild, I said this in a previous review about Bri (and I love me some Bri), she would let the excitement and power control her dancing instead of her controlling the movements, also uncontrolled movement becomes bouncy versus it looking clean. The stings have had some moments and the looks 🔥🔥. The settes are looking good this year.

They are and will forever be the ASU Sensational Stingettes that set the bar for the stands in the SWAC. Pre-K is when one J-sette has a ponytail, one J-sette has kinky twist, one J-sette rocking the bob, and the rest have a variety of loose and tight curls. Again, I digress for now. I just don’t understand why y’all think you’re cute being shady and extra for KZbin like the reply button ain’t sitting there for the reads to come flooding in. The J-Settes was just too much for the Stingettes this time around. Both have excellent squads, captains and a bright future. Zy is the best captain the Stings have had since Asia and Lanier reminds me of Kevia. She dances with so much grace and power and brings her girls along for the ride. I wish JSU played Texas Southern this year cause I would love to see them battle Motion. They have an amazing captain and squad as well.
